"I was initially on the fence about starting yoga. Having gained weight due to reduced activity from an ankle injury, I was searching for a way to incorporate regular exercise into my routine while improving my flexibility and core strength. A close friend, who had experienced immense benefits for his back issues, strongly recommended Divya, and I decided to give it a try in virtual mode (online 1-on-1 sessions). I began my yoga journey in February with a thrice-a-week schedule, and six months later, I was a convert. Yoga with Divya has worked wonders. My overall fitness and flexibility have improved significantly. Divya's approach is both gradual and steady, ensuring that all major muscle groups are engaged. She tailors each class based on how I'm feeling on that particular day, which makes the sessions incredibly effective and personalized. The relaxation and meditation exercises at the end of each session provide the perfect closure, leaving me refreshed and centered. I cannot recommend Divya enough. Her guidance and expertise have transformed my perspective on yoga and fitness. If you're considering starting yoga, Divya is the teacher to go to!"

"I started going to Divya for pre natal yoga during my second trimester and it was an absolute pleasure to be practicing yoga with her. The best part about Divya was her being able to understand my condition on a particular day with regards to my health, mood, sleep, etc and adapt and update my practice for the day. This gave me room to be comfortable with her while practising consistently throughout my pregnancy. She brings with her a deep understanding of yoga along with meditation which helped me stay mentally and physically recharged and I would look forward to attending the classes. She practiced along with me and explained the importance and impact of each meditation that we did! I was lucky to have found a great yoga instructor during my pregnancy! Her yoga studio is in a quiet corner of the house and aesthetically done which helps with really enjoying each session."
